How to read them
Nothing here is a survey. It is a measurement.
Nobody was asked a question. Each business was checked the way an AI assistant or a stranger would check it, from public information only, and the results were counted. When a site could not be read properly, its counts are shown out of the smaller number we could read and never out of the whole sample. When we got something wrong and corrected it, the report says so.
